Buttermilk Clotted Cream Fudge (2 × 175g)
by Buttermilk
Made in Padstow since 1964 and still stirred in open pans — proper clotted cream fudge, crumbly at the edge and soft in the middle. Two bags, which is one more than most households need and exactly as many as they will eat.

Willow
Two bags, which the shop calls one more than you need and I call about right. Soft-set, so it travels better in a cool bag than a hot car — ask me how I know.
